When will my paperback arrive?

Paperbacks are printed on demand and ship free from the print facility nearest to you. Most arrive within a couple of weeks — depending on your location it can take up to 4-7 weeks.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it ships.

Where's my tracking number?

Once your book ships, you get a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link. If your order is still being printed, tracking doesn't exist yet.

My paperback arrived damaged

That shouldn't happen. Email me with a photo of the damage and I'll get it sorted.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide — and shipping is FREE. The book is printed and shipped from the facility closest to your location to minimize delivery time.

How do I update my payment method?

If you have an active subscription, you can update your payment method through the billing portal:

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final. This is clearly stated and agreed to during checkout.

Digital products: You get immediate, full access to the content — there's nothing to "return."

Paperbacks: These are printed on demand specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Weekly Coaching: You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but past charges are not refunded.

What if I file a chargeback?

Chargebacks are disputed and typically don't succeed. You agreed to the terms of service at checkout, which clearly state all sales are final for digital products.

Your bank will request documentation, and I provide proof of: your agreement to terms, successful delivery, and account access logs.

If you're having an issue, email me first — I'm reasonable and happy to help resolve problems. But "I changed my mind" isn't grounds for a refund on instantly-delivered digital content.

I don't recognize a charge on my statement

Charges appear on your statement as "STEVAN TERZIC" or "STEVANTERZIC.COM".

If you have a Weekly Coaching subscription, you'll see monthly charges until you cancel.
